Keep Strava for your activity history
Strava supports Sailing activities. You can keep using it to log your time on the water and use SailTrace to review your races.
SailTrace does not import your Strava history or post activities to Strava. If you want a recording in both apps, record separately in each.

- Does Strava track sailing?
- Strava supports sailing as a water sport. You can record a sail with the Strava mobile app.
- How do I change a Strava activity to Sailing?
- In Strava, edit the uploaded or synced activity and change its sport type to Sailing. Strava notes that third-party recordings may not arrive with the expected sport type.
- Can SailTrace upload to Strava?
- No. SailTrace does not currently offer automatic posting to Strava. Keep your existing Strava recording or sync method.
- Why try SailTrace if I already use Strava?
